Vocational Training has become extremely important especially for girls whose families are economically deprived. PANKH offers Vocational Training to young girls in the area of Textiles. It involves Stitching, Tailoring and Embroidery.  It also involves lesson on different Textiles. So far we’ve taught women how to make Kurtis and Lehengas. We also impart Training in Paper Jewellery Designing, Painting and Jute Art. More than 500 women have received Free Vocational Training, Adult Education and Livelihood Opportunities through our various certified workshops till date. We have also provided  remuneration for their work and sewing machines to underprivileged women.
